Mary Glascock

Ms. Glascock joined Madsen Advisors in 2016 and has more than 35 years of real estate asset and portfolio management experience involving properties throughout the United States.  

Prior to joining Madsen Advisors, she was a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for AEGON USA Realty Advisors. In her role as Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Ms. Glascock was primarily responsible for managing various aspects of multi-family properties located in and around New York City, including directing the day-to-day rental and sales operations of the assets, preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking the portfolio’s performance, and reporting to senior management. Ms. Glascock also managed other property types, including Section 42 affordable housing, warehouse facilities and self-storage facilities. 

Prior to joining AEGON, Ms. Glascock served as a Financial Analyst and Mortgage Loan Portfolio Manager for Time Equities Inc., a major New York real estate development firm, where she managed a mortgage loan portfolio, generated limited partnership analytics, and liaised with construction lenders on behalf of investor clients.  Ms. Glascock received her BA in History from Long Island University and her MBA from Pace University.
